- Travel towards Kugti village and begin the approach trek.
- Trek through the Kugti valley towards designated camp area.
- Continue towards the high-altitude base camp, subject to conditions.
- Acclimatization, safety checks and weather buffer day.
- Attempt Kugti Pass crossing only if permitted and cleared by qualified local guides.
- Descend on the planned route with guide support.
- Buffer day / onward travel; itinerary may be shortened or extended.
